Where can I buy?

At the moment, I am satisfied with everything except the AMT robot — I went to it on the machine. When switching from first to second, the motor spins up to frantic speed - it's a pity for the engine. Further, at high speeds, the robot gets confused, thinks for a long time. When driving in traffic jams, you release the gas, and the car starts to twitch. I found a way out - I turn on neutral and calmly roll up to the front car or stop line. With slight slopes when starting off, the rollback system does not work - it strains.

My expansion tank blew. I called the salon where I bought the car, they told me - sign up for repairs, one by one. Wait a week, then the question is, how long will the repair itself take? You also have to pay for the tow truck yourself, and AvtoVAZ itself is responsible for returning the money. The question is, when will the money be returned? And will they return at all?
In general, I decided to change the tank myself. I asked for a tank, antifreeze - they gave everything without problems, they said that they knew about the problem. One nut, two clamps, 10 minutes of time - the problem is solved.

  4. The traction control system does not turn off, and immediately there is a problem of movement on off-road areas (mud, sand, swamp, etc.);
  5. I did not find a coolant temperature indicator on the instrument panel;

  7. Very fragile rear boot floor, so you need to be careful and careful to avoid breakage;

Firstly, the “crossover”, as the Volzhans themselves called it, has nothing to do with crossovers. Consumers never saw the four-wheel drive promised by AVTOVAZ, and the ground clearance of 195 mm can be called enviable with a big stretch - for real SUVs, it starts at 200 mm.

But what can I say, if only a couple of months ago the Tolttinians had the function of disabling the traction control system and the stabilization system. In other words, the Xray is the most ordinary passenger car, a B-class hatchback, only a little higher. So it seems that the Volzhans failed to outwit consumers with reports of the appearance of the first crossover in the history of the domestic auto giant.

Secondly, already in the first months of operation, the owners of the novelty began to encounter - and talk about it on the Web - with various small, but annoying ones, which probably cooled the desire to get a car from some potential buyers. Well, who likes "crickets" and extraneous sounds in the cabin of a new car due to poorly fixed plastic panels?

About excessively consumed oil in some cases, it is better not to remember the squeak in the steering rack. A clearly negative role was also played by the thoughtful “robot”, which does not allow the rather powerful 122-horsepower engine to fully reveal its potential. In the latter case, Togliatti, however, corrected themselves. They just “married” the engine with an adequate five-speed “mechanics” from Renault a bit late - towards the end of 2016.

But the main problem in terms of market prospects, of course, was its price. Despite all the shortcomings, to some extent characteristic of almost all new cars, the car was quite a success, but ... Why put a price tag on it that exceeds the price of the "donor" - Renault Sandero Stepway? Moreover, the latter has proven itself well: it rides with dignity and is not whimsical in operation, even if it looks less modern and is poorer equipped than the Xrey. In addition, although formally, it is a foreign car.

However, it is not for us to judge the marketing games in the AVTOVAZ-Renault-Nissan alliance, but the fact remains. The most "smart" configuration of the "Stepway" with a manual gearbox and a 113 hp engine. costs 755,990 rubles, while for a 122-horsepower engine and “mechanics” it will force the buyer to fork out for 773,900 “wooden”. The difference of almost 20,000 for a rear-view camera, rain and light sensors seems to be justified, but it looks defiant for a product of the domestic auto industry.

With the “two-pedal” versions, the situation is even more interesting: for the notorious “X-ray” “robot”, coupled with the “luxury” options, you will have to pay at least 798,900 rubles. "Sandero" with a traditional and indestructible hydromechanical "automatic", albeit in a company with a less powerful 102-horsepower engine, will cost 785,990. A curious policy, you must agree.
